Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at EG Fitness! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery timelines, rates, and procedures across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PKT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on Sundays and gazetted public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or email immediately after placing your order. Our team may also call you to verify your address before dispatching COD orders.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

  • No Open-Parcel Policy: As per the standard operating procedures of all courier companies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before paying the rider.

  • Advance Payment for Large Orders: For high-value orders exceeding Rs. 10,000 or customized products, we may require a partial or full advance payment via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa before dispatching your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number.
Please allow up to 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website.

4. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • The courier rider will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts to your provided address.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete (including house/street number and nearest landmark) and that your provided mobile number is active.

  • If a parcel is refused or returned due to customer unavailability, EG Fitness reserves the right to restrict the customer to "Advance Payment Only" for all future orders.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

While we pack our products with the utmost care, transit damages can occasionally occur.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • We highly recommend taking a quick unboxing video or photos of the damaged item/flyer to help us process your claim or replacement swiftly.
